Karol Pilka died suddenly in the early hours of New Years Day, without any prior illness. Since he passed the Bereavement Team at Southampton General Hospital have offered our family daily support. They have helped us piece together the final hours from when he arrived at hospital and have connected us to fantastic medical staff that have made the grieving process a bit more bearable.

To enable this fantastic service to continue and help families that have found themselves in the same position as us we would like to ask for a donation to this charity instead of flowers.
